1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer shipping across Kerala and other parts of India.

Delivery Timeline

Within Kerala: 3–7 working days
Outside Kerala: 5–15 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order has been shipped, customers may receive tracking details through their registered contact information.

Kadha by Kasavu is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product should be returned with its original packaging and tags, if applicable.
An unboxing/open-box video is mandatory for reporting a damaged or incorrect product.
The open-box video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Products without the required open-box video may not be eligible for return or exchange in cases of damage or incorrect products.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the applicable refund or exchange.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for damaged or incorrect products received by the customer.

For an exchange request:

An uninterrupted open-box/unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product.
The open-box video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange requests without valid proof may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible replacement will be arranged, subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
A complete open-box/unboxing video showing the package being opened

After verification, eligible customers may receive either:

A replacement/exchange, or
A refund

The final resolution will be provided after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Refund Policy

For eligible returns or approved damaged/wrong-product cases, refunds will be processed within 7 days after the return has been received and verified.

Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our official contact details.

7. Payment Policy

Kadha by Kasavu currently accepts online payments through Razorpay.

Available payment options may include:

UPI
Debit/Credit Cards
Other payment methods supported by Razorpay

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to display our sarees and product details as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual device displays.

Such minor variations may not be considered a product defect.

9. Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through the Kadha by Kasavu website, you agree to the terms and policies mentioned on this website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, contact information, and other required information while placing an order.

Kadha by Kasavu reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this website.
